What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused packets can be returned or exchanged for a corrected order or a refund of 75% purchase price (a restocking fee will be deducted).
Due to the nature of our products and the quantity within each pack, we are unable to accept opened returns. Please be sure you have ordered the items you require before finalizing your purchase.

What are the payment options?

We currently accepts all major credit and debit cards and we are able to invoice for large and, or wholesale orders.

What products do you use?

We use industry standard, white label sanitary products for our diapers, pads, ointments, and wipes. We have researched and selected only items that are currently in market and vetted for use by the general public.
